Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kaufman B2B Consulting LLC, operating as Sunday Parenting(“Company,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, collects, uses, and protects information when you use sundayparenting.com and our Program (together, the “Service”).
If you’re located outside the United States: this Policy is written for US residents. If you’re accessing the Service from Israel or elsewhere, contact us before providing information — a different policy applies.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us directly:
- Your name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you opt in
- Your answers to our online intake questionnaire about your child’s situation — this can include details about your child’s age, behavior, developmental history, and household circumstances
- Information you share verbally during a free matching call or a Program session
- Payment information when you enroll (processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details ourselves)
- Anything else you send us directly, such as emails or WhatsApp messages
1.2 Information generated about you:
- Your Initial Assessment — an AI-generated summary produced from your intake answers
- Session recordings, video, and transcripts from your matching call and Program sessions
- Notes and case briefs your Consultant creates in the course of the Program
- Booking, scheduling, and attendance records
1.3 Information collected automatically:
- Standard website analytics (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location from IP address)
- Workshop video viewing data if you watch our pre-recorded workshop (play rate, watch time, drop-off points)
- Advertising interaction data if you arrive via a paid ad (see Section 5 on advertising)
1.4 About your child.
We collect information about your child from you, as their parent or legal guardian — not directly from your child. Our Service is directed at parents, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe your child has provided us information directly, contact us at privacy@sundayparenting.com and we will address it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your Initial Assessment and match you with a Consultant
- To deliver the Program: scheduling, case briefs, session continuity if you’re rematched
- To process payment and manage your account
- To communicate with you: confirmations, reminders, follow-ups (by email and, if you’ve provided a number and consented, WhatsApp)
- To improve our Service, including using recordings and transcripts (in de-identified or internal form) to develop and improve our AI systems
- To resolve disputes, complaints, or legal claims
- For advertising and marketing, as described in Section 5
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money.
3. Who We Share Information With
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations:
| Provider | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing |
| Supabase | Our database — stores quiz data, Initial Assessments, account records |
| Resend | Transactional email (confirmations, reminders, results delivery) |
| WhatsApp Business API | Messaging, only if you've provided a phone number and opted in |
| Zoom | Video sessions with your Consultant |
| Google Meet | Video for matching calls with a Closer |
| Cal.com | Scheduling |
| Wistia | Hosting and analytics for our pre-recorded workshop video |
We also share information with your matched Consultant (an independent licensed professional, not a Company employee) so they can deliver the Program to you, and internally with Company staff who need it to operate the Service.
We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect someone’s safety.
4. Your Consultant and Confidentiality
Your Consultant is an independently licensed or certified professional. They are bound by their own professional confidentiality obligations and by our contract with them — but they are also bound by mandatory reporting laws, meaning that in specific legally-defined circumstances (such as a disclosure of abuse or an imminent risk of harm), they are required by law to report it, regardless of any other privacy commitment. This exists to protect children, including yours, and it’s not something we or your Consultant can waive.
5. Advertising
If you found us through a Facebook, Instagram, or other paid ad, that platform may have used cookies or similar technology to determine ad targeting and to measure whether the ad led to you completing our intake or enrolling. If you’re a California resident (or a resident of a state with a similar law), this may be considered “sharing” your information for cross-context behavioral advertising under state privacy law, and you have the right to opt out — see Section 7.
6. Data Retention
| Data type | Retention |
|---|---|
| Session and call video/audio recordings | 36 months, then deleted |
| Transcripts and derived summaries | 60 months (5 years) |
| Account and payment records | As long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes |
| Intake/Initial Assessment data | Retained for the life of your account and a reasonable period after, unless you request deletion sooner |
If a recording or record becomes relevant to a legal dispute, complaint, or regulatory matter, we may retain it longer until that matter is resolved.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Deleteyour information, subject to our legal retention obligations (for example, we can’t delete financial records we’re legally required to keep)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Section 5)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@sundayparenting.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Parental rights regarding your child’s information: because we collect information about your child from you, requests to access, correct, or delete that information should come from you as their parent or legal guardian, using the same contact above.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls limiting who at the Company can see your information to those with a business need. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
If we experience a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is directed at parents and legal guardians, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about a child that appears in an intake, session, or recording is provided by that child’s parent or guardian, in the context of that parent seeking a parenting consulting service for their family.
10. International Users
This Service and this Policy are designed for US residents. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. If you are in Israel or another market where we later launch a localized offering, a separate, locally-appropriate privacy policy will apply.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on our site before the change takes effect.
